pancake mix

mixed color bellpeppers
chopped

zucchini

green chily

Instructions
In a bowl mix pancake mix, color peppers, zucchini, chili, turmeric, and salt to taste.
Combine well. Add 1/2 cup of water on start and slowly add more to reach the consistency.
Heat a lightly oiled pan
or g
riddle over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
Cook until the surface of pancakes have some bubbles and flip carefully with a spatula, and cook until browned on the underside, 1 to 2 minutes more.
Serve warm, with desired toppings.
