Instructions
Bring water to boil, add garlic, onion, and tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add Moringa powder and boil for 2 more minutes and switch it off. Close the lid and allow the powder to steep in water for 5 minutes.
Add them to the blender and puree them. Transfer to a fine mesh strainer to remove any discards.
Bring to heat. Add cumin powder, ground turmeric, pepper, and salt to taste.
Make a slurry with arrowroot powder and water to form a paste. Add the slurry paste to the soup and allow it to cook for a few minutes.
Adjust salt and pepper and serve warm.
