Instructions
Almond Milk
Soak almonds in hot water for 3-4 hours or ovr night in cold water.
Add your soaked almonds and water to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
Strain the milk into a bowl through a nut milk bag and squeeze gently to get all the milk out.
Cashew nut milk
Soak cashew nut in hot water for 3-4 hours or overnight in cold water.
Add your soaked cashew nuts and water to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
Strain the milk into a bowl through a nut milk bag and squeeze gently to get all the milk out.
Peanut Milk
Soak peanuts in hot water for 3-4 hours or overnight in cold water.
Add your soaked peanuts and water to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
Strain the milk into a bowl through a nut milk bag and squeeze gently to get all the milk out.
Notes
Do not discard the pulp, use it in any baked goods.
Nut milk will keep good for 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
Shake the milk bottle well before use.
It is not necessary to peel the skin of almonds before blending.
Do not use roasted nuts.
