Instructions
Bamya Alicha (Ethiopian Okra)
On a heated pan, add olive oil. Then add chopped garlic, ginger, and jalapeno.
Add the sliced onions and fry till they are transclucent.
Add tomatoes, okra, and salt and cook covered until okras are soft (around 5 min)
Vegan Duba Wat (Ethiopian squash)
On a heated pan, add olive oil.
Add chopped onion, squash, ginger powder, garlic powder, berbere powder, salt, water to the heated pan. Cover and cook.
Add sugar after the previous ingreideints are slightly cooked
Mash a few pieces of the squash and combine well.
