Ripe mango
chopped

Coconut milk
Any milk

Agave nectar
Toppings of choice
Coconut flakes, Chopped mangoes, Granola, etc
Instructions
Peel the mango and chop into cubes.
Puree the mango, Coconut milk, agave nectar in a blender.
In a mason jar or any bowl add chia seeds and the puree. Stir well or shake the mixture if using mason jar.
Let it sit for 15 minutes and transfer to your refigerator to sit for 3 hours or overnight.
Notes
Any milk can be used instead of coconut milk.
Coconut milk yields creamy and thick pudding, whereas the other milk will be on a lighter side.
The sweetener can be replaced with coconut sugar, stevia, maple syrup, or yacon syrup.
Depending on mango taste sweet or sour, decrease or increase the sweetener.
