bread crumbs

Instructions
In a heated pan, add oil. Add cumin seeds.
Once splutters, add onions and fry till they are translucent. Add bell peppers and grated pumpkins and fry till it is cooked.
Add mashed potatoes, red chili powder, seasoning blend, and salt to taste.
Once it comes all together add bread crumbs. Switch it off.
Allow it to cool. Shape them into patties.
Spread the breadcrumbs on the working board and place the patties on them.
Make sure the patties are covered with breadcrumbs on all sides. Prepare all the patties in the same way.
On a heated grill, spread some oil and fry the patties till golden brown on both the sides.
Notes
For crispier patties use panko crumbs.
You can deep fry the patties for extra crunchy.
