Roasted tomato dip

cherry tomatoes

olive oil

apple cider vinegar

tsp
mustard

cup
greek yogurt
or yogurt
pepper and salt
to taste
Instructions
Rinse and dry the cherry tomatoes. In an oven-proof pan add the tomatoes and olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 375° F. Bake them for 15 minutes.
Once roasted, allow them to cool.
Add the cherry tomatoes, apple cider vinegar, greek yogurt, pepper, and salt to the processor.
Process until smooth.
