Instructions

In a iron skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, onions, bell peppers, cumin, chili powder, red chili flkes, and salt.
Toss to combine and fry until crunchy. Add lemon juice.
To prepare fajitas
In a skillet over medium heat, warm each tortilla on both sides. Stack in a kitchen towel to keep it warm.
Garnish with veggies, cilantro.
Notes
you can add guacamole, hot sauce on top.
