Prepare
vegan makhani sauce
ahead.
Preheat the oven to 400ºF
Fill half of the warm water In a wide bowl so that the cauliflower can be immersed in water
Add turmeric and salt.
Blanch the whole cauliflower by trimming the harder stems for 10 minutes and turn it and keep for 5 more minutes.
On a lined baking sheet pour 1 cup of makhani sauce on both the sides
Bake for 45 minutes until the sauce becomes dry. Turn it around after 20 minutes in the middle.
Pour 1/2 cup of more makhani sauce and chopped cilantro on top before serving
