Instructions
In a bowl combine pancake mix and almond milk well. Keep aside.
Cut the apple on both the sides and slice the whole apple in mandalian slicer.
Heat the iron griddle. Brush oil.
Take the apple slice and dip in the pancake batter and place it in the griddle.
Cook pancakes, three at a time, until small bubbles form and pop on top
Flip, and cook 1 to 2 minutes more until golden on each side. Serve warm with any desired toppings.
