oil

red chilly peppers
or any type of chilly
1
red or yellow onion
chopped
1
greeen bell pepper
chopped

firm tofu
salt
to taste
Instructions
Press the tofu using a tofu press or kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped chilly, onion and cook till they are translucent.
Add turmeric, salt, and mix. Add green peppers and cook for 5 minutes until crunchy.
Add crumbled tofu and fry until combined and hot. Switch off the flame.
Add lemon juice, give a quick stir, and serve immediately.
Notes
To make it more colorful, you can add colors of peppers.
If you like your tofu to be dry, fry for few more minutes.
Adding turmeric is optional.
