Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray and line with parchment paper.
Whisk the spelt flour, whole wheat flour, almond meal, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt together in a large bowl. Combine orange juice, oil, vanilla extract, and orange zest.
Combine well. Avoid over-mixing. Fold in the cranberries.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake the bread for 35-45 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
