It is really very effective with a high-power blender. If using low voltage power, I would suggest chopping all the berries and bananas into a few chunks, but this would help if only you are buying and storing them in the freezer.

How to freeze fruits:

For strawberries chop them into a few chunks and spread them on parchment paper or cling wrap in a baking tray as a single layer.   • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp acai powder
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions
 

  • In a blender add frozen berries, frozen bananas.
  • Further, add 2 tbsp of acai powder and almond milk.
  • Blend till smooth and silky
  • Top with almonds, strawberreis, bananas and hemp seeds.

Notes

  • Do not skip the banana, it helps with the thickness.
  • The consistency is the key here, frozen fruits yield thicker bowls.
  • It tastes really sweet if u want more you can add a tsp of maple syrup.
