There are a lot of products to keep your skin glow, but they are temporary. What you eat is very important. To get a clear complexion all time, let’s include a healthy diet.

I have shared five different juices or drinks for healthier skin. The main ingredient for healthy and glowing skin is Vitamin C. Let us have that as a base and make a drink.

How to make Drinks(Juices)?

Base Fruits are vegetables that contain Vitamin C.
Liquid Water or coconut water can be used.
Sweetener Decide if you need like to add sweetener, depending on the fruit you use, you may not need one. If using, use a natural sweetener.

I have used some combinations of fruits. Choose the combinations as per your taste. While making drinks with avocado mix more water, since it gives a thicker consistency. You can add grated ginger or pepper if you like.

These kinds of juices can be taken at any time. Drinking juices in the morning keeps you energetic all day. Alter your juice every time, try to drink any of these juices three times a week to see the difference.

Ingredients
  

Pineapple drink(serves 4)

  • 1 cup pineapple chopped or frozen
  • 1/4 cup almonds soaked overnight and peeled
  • 1 tsp grated ginger & 1 mint leaf
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pepper and salt to taste

Blueberry drink

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 5 almonds soaked overnight and peeled
  • 1 cup water or coconut water

Avocado-Kiwi drink

  • 2 walnuts
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 kiwi
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 1 cup water or coconut water

Apple-Carrot drink

  • 4 almonds soaked overnight and peeled
  • 1/2 apple chopped
  • 1/2 carrot peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp agave nectar optional
  • 1 cup coconut water or water

Beet-Pom drink

  • 5 almonds soaked overnight and peeled
  • 1/4 cup beet peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 orange or grapefruit
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate
  • 1 cup coconut water or water

Instructions
 

Pineapple drink

  • On a high-speed blender, blend pineapple, almonds, ginger, pepper powder, and water until smooth. Add pepper and salt before serving

Blueberry drink

  • On a high-speed blender, blend banana, blueberry, almonds, water until smooth.

Avocado-Kiwi drink

  • Scoop the avocado and kiwi. Blend with water and agave nectar. Adjust the water as per the consistency.

Apple-Carrot drink

  • Blend apple, carrot, sunflower seeds, agave nectar, and coconut water until smooth.

Beet-Pom drink

  • Blend beet, orange, pomegranate, almonds, and coconut water until smooth.

Notes

  • Water or coconut water can be used.
  • Use any type of sweetener if your fruit does not have any taste.
