  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds

  • 1 tbsp pepitas
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted

Instructions
 

  • Steam the ripe bananas for 5 minutes.
  • Grind the roasted peanuts coarsley or to a fine powder.
  • On a heated pan, dry roast the oats and chopped nuts.
  • Once cooled, pulse the oats and nuts mixture roughly.
  • Mash the steamed bananas.
  • Add the peanut powder.
  • Gradually add the oats and nuts mixture to the mashed bananas for a holding consistency.

  • Shape them into patties.
  • On a heated pan, fry the patties on both sides by adding a tbsp of oil.
