Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raspberry or any berries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Saute berries until mushy. Keep pressing the berries in the spatula.
  • Once the berries are mushy add lemon juice, chia seeds, and agave nectar. Cook for 2 minutes, switch it off.

For yogurt dessert or breakfast
In a cup of greek yogurt, add 2 tbsp chia jam and top with some fresh fruits and granola.
